PSYCH-K®
Many unconscious beliefs (for example, I can or I cannot, I'm allowed to be happy or I'm not allowed to be happy) largely determine our lives. Without being aware of it, we are regularly confronted with situations in which these beliefs are expressed, which can often cause stress and frustration. For example, if you believe you cannot be happy, then you will see many unhappy people around you, and you will find it hard to experience happiness.

The subconscious is a repository of all experiences, beliefs, emotions and thoughts that we experience in our lives, both the pleasant and the unpleasant. This also applies to habits that we adopt from family systems, acquired behavior, and unprocessed situations that we have experienced.

It is important to reflect on this programming: does it still fit into your life? Do these beliefs still support you? Do you still need them? Is this you?

We keep repeating all experiences and beliefs in our lives until another belief or perception is replaced.
'Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off your goals.'

Rob Williams
He describes PSYCH-K® as a spiritual process for self-realization with psychological benefits such as peace of mind, well-being, joy, ease, success, fulfillment of life, and more.

Rob has continued to develop PSYCH-K®. His background in both business and psychotherapy creates a result-oriented approach to self-realization. This modality combines contemporary insights from neuroscience, epigenetics and stress management with ancient wisdom about the unity of body, soul and mind.
PSYCH-K® is a technique that can transform all these unconscious and conscious beliefs. In cooperation with the subconscious mind, we can use muscle testing to identify all these limiting beliefs and transform them into lasting freedom and happiness.

If stress or limiting beliefs are present, it means that the two hemispheres of the brain are not connected to each other. Each hemisphere of the brain has its specific information. If the hemispheres of the brain work together, you have access to your full potential.

With PSYCH-K® we are able to bring the two hemispheres of the brain back together so you can get access to all the information you need.
PSYCH-K® is happening all over the world.
The workshops are given internationally. People learn PSYCH-K® and practice in groups.

How an Individual Session Works:
Every appointment starts with a short conversation about what is going on in your life and/or what you would like to change.
We set a clear intention for what you want, and through muscle testing we make contact with your subconscious mind. In this way, we can determine what stops you from achieving your goal.
We do some specific structured changing processes so all your resistances are transformed into support.
The transformations take place in the subconscious, which means that the change is quick and long-lasting in your system. The result is that you will begin to experience other habits, reactions and perceptions.

Everyone is unique, so the number of sessions depends on what you want to achieve.

After the session, you observe what results you notice in your daily life. You will take the necessary action steps so you can experience all the benefits of the transformation.
